"BLOODY HANDS"

Bloody hands is used for pkill battles.  If you attack or are attacked by
another player your hands will become bloodied.  Note:  You can only attack
other players who are PTHIEVES, OUTLAWS or part of HOSTILE clans.  For more

People with bloody hands cannot recall and have a minor penalty to fleeing.
You cannot enter portals while bloody nor can you be summoned.  To see how
long blood will last, you can type BLOOD.  Other people who are bloody will
be shown with a special tag on the WHERE command including how long they
will remain bloody.

If you heal someone who is bloody you will become bloody, regardless if you
are a pkiller or not.  This also includes laying hands and casting sanctuary
on bloody people.
